Convocation

Assalammualaikum holaa
Sorry all for not updating
kinda busy. and lazy AF.
still in lazy mood, but still, i need to update jugak kan.
So, heres about my convocation
secara ringkas ringkasnya

Sidang konvo aku sidang ke 7 (selasa petang 26 mac)
Jubah ambil 16hb mac, mintak tlg membe. Cant waste time and money to travel to shah alam for jubah. So no preconvo for me.

Bertolak dr penang pkul 11 lebih mcmtu. singgah k kgsar utk makan. smpai homestay kat Shah Alam dlm pkul 5 mcmtu. i do most of the driving. penat. ngantuk. smlm tu tido agak lewa, then pagi tu bgun awal. Homesty is nice.

Ptg tu tggu mmbe hantar jubah ke rumah, dia ckp boleh nak singgah otw balik kerja. Dlm pkul 7 lebih gak smpai. Thanks a lot EG.

Basically this is as much of a preconvo that i can get.

Lepas je dpt jubah, baut la mini proconvo shot dlm a few minutes. Then we head out for early dinner.

It was nice. Semuanya sedap. Ada satu kopitiam ni. Then we head back at about 8pm.
i was really tired and sleepy that night. Fatigue and lack of rest and sleep. i could doze off at 9pm. Tapi kena stay sebab kakak and family akan smpai tgh midnight. My parent of course tido awal. So i was fighting hard with sleep. Its not that i havent do it before, tapi risau sbb esok ni nak konvo kot.

So the next morning bgun awal cari breakfast. I go out only with my dad. Mkn roti canai kat sana, then bungkus nasi lemak utk org lain. Aku pun ada jugak. tambahan sbb nak kena heavy late breakfast. sbb nnt confirm takda masa nak mkn tghri nnt. Kul 1 dah kena standby di dewan.

Lpas balik bfast tu dlm 8stgh, i manage to catch a bit of sleep. kul 10 bgun, makan balik yg bungkus tu, bersiap. We head out at 11.40. Homestay dgn uitm tak jauhpun but sure jamm punya.
Sidang petang pulak kena parking luar, kat parking bertingkat kat area jakel tu. Ada bas disediakan utk masuk ke dalam.

According to the list the student number reaach a thousand! Damn thats a lot. masa kt Perak haritu dulu pun bnyk dlm 400 lebih. Masa sepupu kt Perlis dlu pun 300 lebih, kuar dkt kul 5. tu satu hal.
What surprised me the most is the absence of food. Back then at Perak, we received goodie back filled with food. Bun, mineral water, apple, air kotak, and mini keropok. Now, here, there are none. Nasib baik la aku dah heavy breakfast tadi dan sempat beli mineral water sebelum naik bas tadi. Tapi aku tak bawak la dgn aku, kasi mak. Tapi nasib baik la dah minum dulu tadi.
damn, its gonna be a long day.

Lepas keluar, bergambar dgn batch and lecturer, bergambar dgn family, then pegi ke kawasan expo konvo, beli makan  & minum. lapar dan dahaga weyh. Then go for formal convocation family photoshoot di booth expo tu.
After that 6.25 mcmtu we head back to our car via bus provided. Smpai homestay dah kul 7.
Lepastu maghrib keluar utk makan besar. hehe

Syok kumpul2 ramai2, makan2, sembang2, kenyang.
Lepas balik, igt nak tido awal, tapi terlajak jugak smpai kul 1, sbb dok godek2 air kat dapur, dok masak & sejukkan air nak letak dlm bekas. haha.. adeehh.

Next morning, quarter past 9, went out for breakfast and went inside UiTM for returning the convo robe and official scroll taking photo. setel by 10.30, went back, pack everything and left at 12.

So this sums up my convocation trip.

Habis at last

Aku just nak sampaikan berita baik!
Result baru keluar khamis haritu, aku lulus semua subjek! Dah grad!!
Alhamdulillah
wohooooo.....

so the sweat and tears selama 2 tahun.. yattaaa!!!!

so ni la gmbar aku time final crit haritu..

Utk design thesis kali ni aku buat 15 strip (841 x 1800), bersamaan dgn 45 A1!
Tercirit tahu tak nak buat natang ni. Tapi 2 sem punya kerja.

So next, prepare portfolio utk kerja pulak.. Sambil rehat, sambil prepare.

ok all, untill my next update ya. stay tuned gais. Nnt aku cerita pasal aku punya journey buat design thesis ni. Ye lah sbb setahun mmg kurg update, boleh kata takda la apa2 psl design thesis projek ni dgn subjek2 lain.. so sapa yg nak tahu lebih lanjut pasal master uitm ni macamana boleh la nanti2 kan post ni. tak tahu bila. so, in the mean time, sit back, relax dan terus folo blog yg xseberapa ni ye..


p/s : sori lmbt sgt update. sbb busy. ceh dah habis takde buat ape pun busy. haha. tambah2 aku ni mmg procrastinator tegar kalau bab2 macam ni.. hehe

Post Crit 4 (Final Crit/Submission)

Assalammualaikum all
hola.. lama xdgr update kan. Opkos la aku bz dgn assgnmen especially design.
ok aku dah lama dah habis crit 4(final) haritu..
sbb semester 3 ni design thesis yg projek nya duration a whole year, so it end with final crit, not submission. Also it ends with schemetic design. Technical part belum masuk lagi. sem depan baru detail up on that part
aku pun tak tahu dah nak cakap ape dah pasal ni sebenarnya. sebab laam dah peram. dekat 2 minggu  dah. Crit hari rabu, 20hb dis haritu. Actually plan tu write this psot earlier, end up procrastinate it. Takda la busy sgt pun haritu. skrg ni busy la sbb ada paper this coming 5th, dgn nak setelkan dissertation lagi by 8th. So sibuk2 pun terpaksa la post, sbb nnt lama sgt plak tangguh.

Ok masa crit haritu, its kinda ok i guess. tak outstanding, but not too bad also. biasa2 je. ok lah tu. at least lepas. i have done my very best. i struggled for the whole semester. Tidur kurang, main game, barely, movie pun tak tgk sgt. i just kept on doing my work day an night untill the wee hours, everyday. Mmg penat. But at the end, rasa puas sgt. Sweet victory i might say. I manages to do 9 strips (27 A1) of presentation boards. Paling bnyk yg pernah aku buat sepanjang hidup aku sbg pelajar akitekcer. Aku tak aim pun nak dapt A ke best student ke apa. Cukup dgn lulus. Dpt B+ pun kira ok dah. dapat A tu bonus. Sepanajng belajar aku tak pernah dpt A. plg tinggi pun B+ tu pun 4 kali je. bsc sem 4, sem 8, dgn master sem 1 & 2. it would be nice if i got an A just once. sem ni la nak dapt pun. sem depan susah gak sbb its a whole project. Ye lah kan, dah usaha penat2 struggle gila2, mesti la kita nak dapatkan good result in return kan. sapa yg taknak. Tapi takpe lah, kalau ada rezeki ada la. kalau takde takpe. ive tried my best.


so this is my pic with my work.

Sem ni by far the toughest ever. Dulu dgr je kengkawan yg dh smbg dulu ckp psl sem 3 ni. Nah sekarang aku merasa la apa yg diorg kata tu. Mmg susah. dgn design yg susah, dissertation lg. subjek sikit tapi berat dowh... But this semester is very interesting. sebabnya semua org buat benda lain2. Projek lain, site lain, supervisor lain2, jadi mmg menarik utk tgk masing2 punya design. Utk crit 4 kali ni baru la boleh nampak architecture tu. kalau tak, xberapa ada sgt. ye lah seblum ni just tgk isu, site analysis, bubble diagram etc. skrg dh ada floor plan & form. sem ni lain dr yg lain sbb everything nak habis by week 14. selalunya waktu exam week, dlm sehari atau 2 hari sblum review. so nampak tak challenge dia kat situ. its crazy. mmg tak sempat nak siapkan betul2. crit 4 , then lpas 2 hari internal review. external je lpas exam, tapi tu dah tak berubah markah dah. panel just dtg nak melawat je. So by hook or by crook kena siapkn jugak by internal review. actually internal review pun dah tak effect sgt dah markah. chances are very slim. so kena gak habiskan masa final crit/submission.

Dan crit kali ni mencabar sikit la dari segi setup. sebelum niletak board sikit2 je. sekarang nak full board dan kalau boleh tak bertindih. bayangkan setiap org ada 8-9 strip. fuh mmg bnyk. mmg tak muat. dah la ruang terhad, paip pun tak cukup. mmg pening kepala la kiranya. aku dlm AJK utk crit last ni. dgn ruang tak tentu, paip tak cukup. nak cerita panjang. so aku skip je la. last skali kitorg dpt 2 tmpat utk final crit ni. dan kitorg pakai paip yg guna masa CAEM accreditaion haritu. leceh sbb paip panjang gila dan jointing kena pasang guna allen key. kitorg stat pasang pukul 5stgh mcmtu, pukul 11mlm baru habis. gila betul. Lepastu sbb lusa lepas kitorg crit ada review pulak, so kitrog kena take down drwg tu, sbb tempat yg kitorg guna tu akan digunakan oleh studio lain utk review. kitorg review kt tmpt lain. dah la tak satu malam, pagi crit. ptg tu kena kemas bwk turun drwg. Mme penat. lepastu esok mlm pulak kena pin up semua drwg kt tmpat lain pulak. penat gila.

so ok la all. Aku pun bnyk benda nak setelkan ni. Dissertation, nak study utk paper lagi. bnyk benda weyh. Pray for me ya.

Akhirnya cuti sem

holaaaa
yezzaa akhirnya cuti sem. phew. thats a relief. sapa la kata sem 2 ni honeymoon. mereng betui. sama je busy kalutnya masa sem 1. cuma kali ni subjek kurg so kurg la sikit kelas. tu je. assignmen bnyk dan susah. subjek yg mencabar. its really a tough and challenging semester(like it always, never easy).
so im done with 02 now. time for much needed break. cuma ada a few things yg mengganggu.

1. CAEM visit.
Visit dari LAM utk renew accreditaion. last was on 2012, its only valid for 5 years. so its time. Kacau daun betul nama aku pulak naik sbg wakil studio. ada 15 org setiap studio, tapi utk graduating batch semua kena. so lepas review tu kena la stay utk preps tu. Dah la cuti pun singkat 3 minggu je, kena stat another extra 2 weeks.

2. Preparation for Vetting (Design Thesis)
Ok ni paling horror, sem depan dah start thesis. kena cari tajuk utk buat. so waktu cuti ni kena prepare vetting iaitu 2 proposal utk design thesis. 2 tajuk la. so proposal tu kena lgkap dgn isu, fakta2 berkaitan,  artikel2 dan argument2, nak kena cari site, kna dptkn dokumen2 tertentu, macam2 la. susah ni. adoi dah la cuti singkat, sangkut CAEM pulak, kena prepare vetting lagi. memang tak cuti la nampaknye. haiz....

So it seems that this semester break i wont go anywhere interesting. im just gonna get my rest and do this task. i dont think im fully rested since the chaotic of last semester. and im gonna need hell of rest, since next semester would be hell. its seems to be tougher than ever i couldnt even imagine it. the struggle is real. im gonna complete this thing in my pace, slow and steady. hopefully everything goes well. pray for me will ya.  ; )
oklah itu sajalah update utk kali ni ye.. dlm masa terdekat ni in Shaa Allah aku akn try update more frequently...

hola all


just finished crit 2 last thursday. was busy like hell, but ill just update ya'all since i dont want this blog be like krik krik...
everything is ok. well i dont mean it was going fine super smooth and all, of course there are a few hiccups here and there, but thats just regular thing for me. As long as i have things to show for the crit/tutorial, even just barely reach the minimum requirement thats good enough.
For yesterday's crit i dont really have all the requirement. but its okay, im not the only one. there's a bunch of people that dont have too. so its a relieve. lol

 ngantok tak cukup tido, lapa, kena titik lagi crit ni.

For this project, the first part for the site inventory, analysis of issue & potential, fact & figures, theories is by pair. because of this is urban study, the  site we get is kinda big, and due to time constrain, so thats the decision. we pair with the person of the site next to each person.but after the idea & concept, strategy, intervention and design, thats the point where we will split of to individual. so for this crit still in pair, after this we split up to our individual design.

for the past 3 weeks im really busy. its not like superhectic moving nonstop like before. just spend time on the pc doing design. before this, a semester break of 10 days, i just go back home for 5 days. Then doing design non stop for the rest of the cuti. but the result is kinda sad. tak banyak hasil pun walaupun buat kerja nonstop pagi, petang, malam. but thats expected. its always been the same case sebelum2 ni. typical me i guess. im not an efficient worker.

on friday i went KL tagging along with my friend that wanted to buy a custom spec pc. he choose idealtech in cheras. after that we went to big bad wolf at the mines, alang2 dah dekat kan.. so much book. if im not such a broke student, i would have buy a lot of books.

i only buy this 3. 2 architecture book and one book from my favourite author, enid blyton!~

update masuk belajar semula

holaa...
lame xhapdate.. bz giler la katakan, dah nama pun masuk belajar. master plak tu.
sejak masuk belajar ni dlm 3 mggu mmg bnyk yg berlaku. bz giler kot. dah la buat benda yg xpernah buat lg. urban. mmg lain dari architecture.
pyh nak cerita, tp mmg susah. xboleh adapt lg. nasib baik la dok dgn kengkawan lama yg dah masuk bljar dulu, diorg la yg bnyk tlg.
aku ni pn xleh nk tulis pnjang, walaupun sgt bnyk sebenarnya aku nk tulis, nak bagitahu, tapi takdan
sori la post kali ni pendek je, gambar pun tak ada..
