3 weeks of eat clean & working out

hope ya'all doin fine

For this entry imma tell you all bout my life of 3 weeks of eat clean & workout.
I have been trying almost all my teens life to try to lead a healthy lifestyle. its just that it takes me nowwhere and i also do it periodically. i do it, then stop, then do it a again then stops. this time i manged to do it continously for 3 weeks. feels great. i felt the difference. its still a long way though, but i get the feeling i think i can do it. will trim down and get in good shape before raya comes in end of july.

My physical routine would be going to the gym once a week and jog at least 3 times a week.
as for eating, i never skip any meals. just lessen the portion of what i eat, reduce meat & chicken, increase vegetables, eat fresh fruits and avoid all those processed snacks & junk food, avoid sugary drinks(teh tarik, nescafe, milo etc. only 1 mug per day), drink lots of plain water(approx 1.8 litre), drinks milk, avoid late dinner & super,(still lepak at mamak, just air suam),

its simple. what you really need is mental strength. say that you can do it. fight your craving, fight your lazyness, find motivation to keep on going. for my past mistakes, failure to continue what i was doing is the lack of mindpower. im very weak to temptations. also you need some strong motivation that keeps you going.

i usually made my own meals so it is healthy and in the right proportions. what i do is mostly salads. once in a while i will eat out. i really watch what i eat. i take fish, and lots of veggies. rice is halved. for order i usually order nasi bujang nasi separuh or nasi paprik daging nasi separuh. air suam. always. i try to avoid rice as much as possible. try to avoid chicken as much as possible and change it with meat or fish. with lotso veggis
for small portion of dinner egg benjo is enough.
at night if i dont eat dinner, only then i drink sweet drinks like teh tarik, or milo & thats it.

this is the biggest meal after 3 weeks. nasi goreng paprik & telur dadar.
since i cut down intake of food every meal this meal makes me so full. jenuh nak ngabiskan. perut dah kecik
hahaha. i hope so.



I dont have before and after photo. but just yesterday, my parents visited me after 3 weeks since we last met them which is also when i start the diet, they noticed the difference. i have trim down a bit. its just a little, for people around that i see regularly wont see the difference. but i feel the difference. i manage to put on jeans that i couldnt before, eventhough its a struggle and not comfy and tight, but still, there is progress. there is difference. i noticed the difference after one and half week. after going into 3rd week, i don felt changes anymore. its just that after some time its hard to trim down more, it needs more physical exercise, and more strict diet. i dont know how but ill definitely gonna do it. i will succeed this time. yeah...
for you out there you can do it too. just put your mind into it!! you can get a lot of tips on the internet. just try it. most of it worked. some did not because it depends on person. just try it all. if it dont work out, try another. constant vigilance.

my dream bike. Naza Blade 250

Assalammualaikum & good day people~
for this post im going to talk about my dream bike, which is a 250cc sportsbike.





this is Naza Blade 250



so why do i like it so much? the fact that there are lot of other bikes out there? ok lemme break down fo ya.


price
brand
cc
maintenance
speed
physical looks
overall overview personal reason


PRICE
first and foremost is because it is one of the cheapest bike around. with price of 14k-15k for a 250cc sportsbike, its damn cheap lah. kawa 250, cbr 250 & y25 the price is above 20k lor.

BRAND
The bike is actually korean made, Hyosung.. based on my reading Hyosung have a bit of suzuki technology. it is said the the parts is similar, compatible & interchangeable. Hyosung is licensed to import by NAZA. The hyosung itself is cheap. Bila da bawak masuk msia, oleh NAZA lagilah murah. and it is assmeble here. so that explains the price. 250cc 14k-16k, 650cc 22k-24k.

This bike is a 250cc. might say its a starter sportsbike. for me, i have never ride sportsbike before. but i ride kapcai quite a long time la. 250cc bike is a great start. kita mula dengan kecik dulu. but then again, people said when you start riding a quarter litre bike, you will be wanting more, so better start with a big bike terus la senang. no need upgrade later. yeah maybe that is the case but let future me deal with that later on. as for now, kecik dulu. bigger bikes means bigger money. the maintenance, fuel, roadtax, also you need to maintain higher speed at highway. im not a speedfreak or adrenaline junkies. saja suka2 naik moto besar. oklahmoto ni.

MAINTENANCE
as for the maintenace, 250 should be quite cheap. yes i know, there had been a lot of bad reviews regarding this particular bike. macam2 problem. kalo baca kt forum or group la, mmg bnyk gila yg ngadu. however, there is not always negetive, there is also positve feedback. For some, major problems didnt get them. so i concluded that it depends on your luck la. nasib xbaik, bnyk problem, nasib baik ok je memanjang. The bike also improving. Naza had looked to most of the frequent and common problems and they try to fix and improve it. the periodically service not that expensive, fuel consumption is great, roadtax & insurance not so expensive. basicly its an affordable sportsbike. Due to this bike is cheap and affordable so a lot of ppl who did not have a strong financial, bought it. so later they complain the maintenance is high. it depends on budget la. i hope that this bike will not meragam on me and i can maintain it well according to my budget.

SPEED
for most people speed is the most important thing. for me its not. if i prefer speed i would go for KIPS RR. murah, laju, senang upgrade. tapi bukan nak speed. nak sedap cruise. syok naik moto dlm keadaan r position. nak nampak macho sbb naik sbk. hihi...
but still, this bike can go up to 170kmh. actual speed is lower, but meter dia ni xde la ringan sgt mcm kips or fz. can maintain cruise speed of 120-130kmh easily. no problem. i have read that RR mod boleh kitai je blade standard ni. xtau lah. i dont plan to race. kriss nak potong pun, like i give a damn... org kata beli moto mahal2 bawak slow2 buat apa? sukati akulah, moto aku, sikit xkacau korg pun. lol
at least maintain min speed supaya enjin xpanas oklah.









PHYSICAL LOOKS
The NAZA Blade 250 body is quite big. it looked like 500 or 600 cc bike. as my personal preferance is i like small bike like ninja or cbr. but, as long as it is not so bulky, its ok la. reality is everything about this bike is big. the size is big, it looked like bigger cc bikes, the sound is loud, everything is big. i prefer the fairing one compared to naked. mula2 dulu rasa mcm huduh gila lampu sebijik bulat kt depan. tapi lama2 nmpak mcm okay. tambah pulak with the new facelift, more streamlined design & improve headlamp design. jadi lagi lawa. gua jatuh cinta terus beb. mmg dok nampak ni je la.




OVERALL CONCLUSION AND PERSONAL OPINION
As a conclusion blade 250 is a good bike. its suited for me. cheap, quite reliable, quite easy to maintain with a few minor porblems. walaupun sbnrnya ak lg minat kalo moto tu bersaiz lebih kecik & bunyi lg slow, tp xpe la. i can live with minor thing like that. also i hope that it is not a hot bike. jadi xde la nak ilang sgt mcm fz & rr. parking, letak lock berkualiti, mahal skit, xde la risau nak tinggal dah.  hopefully xla ilang. the fuel consumption is good, top speed ok, maintenance so-so, hehe. i love it man! XD
aku mmg nak sgt pkai moto besar ni cepat2. xsaba dah. thats why amek naza nih. murah. if long term, then should be like ninja 250 or y25 or even ER6. tapi dah xsabar sgt dah, sangap nak pakai sgt2 dah. head over heels for blade.
