Assalammualaikum all
haha ok kali nk bncg tentang satu misi, boleh kata misi short term
ramai gila org nak kurus, nak sihat. sama la juga aku.
Pernah dulu ada entry 2014, 3 weeks of clean eating and healthy lifestyle. masa tu kurg mkn nasi, bnyk mkn sayur & buah, mnum air kosong yg sgt bnyk, kurg minum manis, kurg makan junk food, kerap jogging & pegi gym. masa tu mmg rasa sihat. xfikir psl sihat berat pun, just nak sihat, buang lemak & nampak smart. tapi dpt maintain 3 mggu je la. susah nak maintain kot. so far itulah pencapaian yg plg besar dlm effort nak kurus. hehu
so this time nk try buat balik. tapi masa dulu drastik sgt. sbb tu susah. nak berubah kena slow2.
baru2 ni pulak ada sedara ada ketumbuhan kat otak. tapi alhamdulillah, lepas surgery, recover. bukan cancer, bukan tumor tapi ketumbuhan (apa nama spesifik taktahu la). gerun dgr, walaupun umur dia dah 60 lebih, tapi dia ni seorg yg aktif. bersukan, berbasikal, masuk hutan, panjat gunung, ekspedisi sana sini. mmg dari mudah org yg mengamalkn hidup sihat dan aktif. doktor dia ckp puncah spesifik tak dpt dikenal pasti. selalu mcmtu lah. kalau cancer pun. tak tahu apa punca. tahu2 dah kena. kdg2 stage 4 baru tahu. dah tak boleh buat apa dah. ramai org yg muda2 meninggal. sbb sakit la tu. org muda2 baya2 aku ni pun dah kena tau. mostly cancer. ok berbalik kpd pak cik sedara aku ni, katanya doktor tu ckp, punca yg kuat contribution is makanan. paling pantang utk elak 3in1 dgn megi. generally speaking mmg kita kena elak 3in1, megi, air tin/air kotak, junk food mcm keropok, processed meat mcm nugget& daging burger.
ok berbalik kpd misi aku ni, yg plg utama sekarang ni ada lah utk kurgkan minum 3in1, elakkan sebaik mungkin mkn megi. ye lah. dah nama pun student bujang. macamana nak elak megi. makanan yg murah dan sedap. wajib utk golongan student dan bujang ni. takpelah, elak selagi boleh. 3in1 pun kena elak la, nk mnum bancuh la betul serbuk kopi dgn susu. ak mmg da kurgkn pun 3in1 ni, mmg bancuh je. tapi kdg2 campur sikit. tapi la ni tak boleh dah.
lepas tu mnum air kosong bnyk. aku mmg bnyk mnum air kosong pun. tiap2 hari p mana2 pun bwk air kosong botol besar tu. la ni nk kena betul2 habiskan sebotol tu satu hari. dan kurgkan mnum air manis2.
nugget, sosej & daging burger tu mmg kena kurgkan. tapi kt rumah sewa peti ais kecik, so aku mmg xbeli la. lega dah kat situ.
air kotak dgn air tin mmg aku kurgkan dari dulu lagi. sekali sekala ada la mnum mcm travel ke..
lepas tu nak kurgkn mkn secara general dan kurgkn mkn tgh malam. ni yg susah. sbg org g sgt suka makan, dan setiasa mengunyap, mmg payah. lepas makan nasi, nak mkn snek yg ringan mcm biskut, kerepek, coklat, etc. pastu kdg2 bancuh air. aduh. susah. makan tgh mlm lak mmg pyh la nak elak kalau dah stay up. mmg lapo kot. tapi takpa cuba.
tackle benda2 simple ni je dulu. lepas tu baru la boleh cuba utk buat senaman ringan sikit, makan buah, totally tak mkn mlm dah, tak mkn berat time malam. haa...
hopefully boleh la jadikan benda tu habit, dan sempat utk kurus sikit sblum puasa. nk kurus macam dulu2 tu mmg xdpt la. susah. tapi at least for the time being dpt kurus mcm masa konvo tu ok la. hehu
p/s: kenapa aku bincang psl benda ni padahal aku dah janji nak siapkan travelogue? sbb bnda tu lmbat nak siap. aku xleh baut cincai. its going to be a masterpiece. tapi kalo dah takda masa kenapa tak fokus? tapi tak leh la biar blog ni krik2 sgt nnt hambar la jadinya takda update. so sbb tu lah ye. ak akn cuba siapkan gak. tpai mybe delay sikit. ye lah, dah nak masuk sem dah ni. bnyk benda aku nk kena buat sebelum balik sana ni. ok ape2 pun thanks ye. chow

3 weeks of eat clean & working out
Assalammualaikum peepz.

For this entry imma tell you all bout my life of 3 weeks of eat clean & workout.
I have been trying almost all my teens life to try to lead a healthy lifestyle. its just that it takes me nowwhere and i also do it periodically. i do it, then stop, then do it a again then stops. this time i manged to do it continously for 3 weeks. feels great. i felt the difference. its still a long way though, but i get the feeling i think i can do it. will trim down and get in good shape before raya comes in end of july.
My physical routine would be going to the gym once a week and jog at least 3 times a week.
as for eating, i never skip any meals. just lessen the portion of what i eat, reduce meat & chicken, increase vegetables, eat fresh fruits and avoid all those processed snacks & junk food, avoid sugary drinks(teh tarik, nescafe, milo etc. only 1 mug per day), drink lots of plain water(approx 1.8 litre), drinks milk, avoid late dinner & super,(still lepak at mamak, just air suam),
its simple. what you really need is mental strength. say that you can do it. fight your craving, fight your lazyness, find motivation to keep on going. for my past mistakes, failure to continue what i was doing is the lack of mindpower. im very weak to temptations. also you need some strong motivation that keeps you going.
i usually made my own meals so it is healthy and in the right proportions. what i do is mostly salads. once in a while i will eat out. i really watch what i eat. i take fish, and lots of veggies. rice is halved. for order i usually order nasi bujang nasi separuh or nasi paprik daging nasi separuh. air suam. always. i try to avoid rice as much as possible. try to avoid chicken as much as possible and change it with meat or fish. with lotso veggis
for small portion of dinner egg benjo is enough.
at night if i dont eat dinner, only then i drink sweet drinks like teh tarik, or milo & thats it.

this is the biggest meal after 3 weeks. nasi goreng paprik & telur dadar.
since i cut down intake of food every meal this meal makes me so full. jenuh nak ngabiskan. perut dah kecik
hahaha. i hope so.
I dont have before and after photo. but just yesterday, my parents visited me after 3 weeks since we last met them which is also when i start the diet, they noticed the difference. i have trim down a bit. its just a little, for people around that i see regularly wont see the difference. but i feel the difference. i manage to put on jeans that i couldnt before, eventhough its a struggle and not comfy and tight, but still, there is progress. there is difference. i noticed the difference after one and half week. after going into 3rd week, i don felt changes anymore. its just that after some time its hard to trim down more, it needs more physical exercise, and more strict diet. i dont know how but ill definitely gonna do it. i will succeed this time. yeah...
for you out there you can do it too. just put your mind into it!! you can get a lot of tips on the internet. just try it. most of it worked. some did not because it depends on person. just try it all. if it dont work out, try another. constant vigilance.
